Saturday I went on a map-base-homepage, which has linked all downloads to wolfmap.
At this moment I got a idea which is allready integrated:
For example:
The site http://activegamer.net/et/map/774-UFO_(Final).html
links to http://wolfmap.de/download.php?file_id=543 to download the map "UFO Final".
If you following the link, you`ll land on the "say goodbye" page of wolfmap.
At this point my idea counts:
Changing the URI to
http://wolffiles.de/download.php?file_id=543
will bring the user to the file (it`s a piss-easy id converter script which forwards to the filebase-item).
It would be very nice, if you could inform pagemasters still using wolfmap-links to refer to a download, that a simple change from wolfmap.de to wolffiles.de will bring the links back to work.
